BYOB — Bring Your Own Beamer — is a DIY projector art format: each artist claims a wall and projects their work in a shared space. This edition brings 14 artists together for one night in Mexico City, organised by Psychofuturist and supported by Teia, the Tezos art platform.

Collective Drop

Alongside the exhibition, artists were asked to mint a work on teia.art as part of a collective drop. Theme, price, and number of editions are entirely up to the artist.

Deadline Mint and share on Twitter before June 23, 2026. Psychofuturist will compile a thread that day, shared on Teia's website and social channels.
Content You can mint a different piece from the one you project on the night. Projecting your minted work is optional but encouraged.

On the Night

The venue is Foro MuvLAB, an enclosed space in Mexico City. Artists arrive between 17:30 and 18:00 to set up. Each artist has a +2 guest limit due to venue capacity.

Equipment Bring your own projector and playback device (laptop, USB, DVD, etc.). You are responsible for your own gear.
Power Bring an extension cord and power strip if possible — venue outlets are not near the walls.
Audio Background music by Psychofuturist. You may bring your own speakers.
Connectivity No stable internet or cellular access is guaranteed. Prepare for offline playback.
Props Props and objects are welcome — floor placement only, nothing can be mounted on walls.
